Madeleine Adams, FNP

Madeleine Adams, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner at Heights Dermatology in Bay City and Palacios, Texas.

Madeleine graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Houston with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked in the operating room in the Texas Medical Center and Sugar Land as a surgical nurse for 7 years. During this time, she developed a passion for surgical procedures. In 2022 she graduated from Texas Women’s University with honors in Master’s of Science Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner.

Madeleine has received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Her training in family practice has made prevention and early detection with skin cancers and skin disorders a fundamental part to her practice. Madeleine is ready to serve the greater Matagorda County region with all the dermatology needs a ranching, farming, and coastal community may have.
