Aaron Chapa, PA, is a board-certified physical assistant at Heights Dermatology in Corpus Christi, Texas. 

Aaron was raised in Kingsville, Texas, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M in Kingsville. He earned his degree in biomedical sciences and was Magna Cum Laude. He later attained a master’s degree from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley in physician assistant studies. Before PA school, Aaron worked as a medical scribe and pharmacy technician. Seeking knowledge and experience, he dedicated his time to volunteering and shadowing other doctors at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. 

Aaron’s interests always included dermatology, so he made extra time to volunteer at multiple dermatology clinics in the Corpus Christi area. Specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology, Aaron trained with Dr. Alpesh Desai and Dr. Tejas Desai while enrolled in the PA program. 

Aaron is currently a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physicians Assistants. 

In his spare time, Aaron lives an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his family and being his daughters’ number one fan. Sports are a major component of his life, as he loves the Astros, Cowboys, Spurs, and a great game of golf.  

Aaron is a people person, he is compassionate and caring, and he enjoys making authentic connections with people -- especially his patients. He is eager to help you achieve your dermatological goals.
